Although this is possible, the preferred installation is to a concrete slab. Just remember that whichever installation method you choose, posts must be firmly anchored in the ground with concrete – similar to installing a fence post.Is there a warranty on the patio cover?
Yes. There is a 1-year (12 month) warranty on the finish. The warranty covers peeling, flaking and cracking of the finish.

No. That's the beauty of a patio cover from Patio Covers DIY. There is no maintenance. That's because it's made from aluminum with a baked enamel finish. It's tough and beautiful and requires no maintenance – that includes painting.
If I wanted to paint the patio cover to match my home's color, could I?
